  • ithiha.com directly deliver the products from the food makers, this ensures the freshest quality.

IF I PAY TWICE FOR ONE TRANSACTION HOW WILL I GET REFUND?

  • Yes, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 15 to 20 working days.

What are the Delivery Handling and Packing Charges?

  • Delivery Handling and Packing Charges varies with each order. We incur relatively higher shipping costs on low value items. In such cases, charging a nominal Delivery Handling and Packing Charges helps us to offset logistics costs. The Delivery Handling and Packing Charges may be waived off for certain orders, if you shop with them for a minimum predefined value.

Are there any hidden charges (Octroi or Sales Tax) when I make a purchase on ithiha.com?

  • There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on ithiha.com. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay.
  • Delivery Handling and Packing Charges may be extra as mentioned above

What is Cash on Delivery?

  • If you are not comfortable making an online payment on ithiha.com, you can opt for the Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) payment method instead. With C-o-D you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online.
  • At present (C-o-D) facility is available only in Bangalore.

What is the estimated delivery time?

  • We generally procure and ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
    Delivery periods are mentioned for each product. Title and risk of loss and damage pass to the customers upon delivery of products. Customer has to pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process. Shipping schedules are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed, since most our products are produced against the order to maintain the freshness. We are not liable for any delays in shipment

Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:

  • The food maker offering the product
  • Product's availability with the food maker
  • The destination to which you want the order shipped to and location of the food maker

If not satisfied can I return the product and get refund?

  • HMOL Ventures Private Limited try to deliver perfectly each and every time. We have packed all your products with utmost care to ensure no breakages and leakages. HMOL Ventures Private Limited will accept a return of the products only if it is spoiled or opened, provided such request is made within 24 hours of shipment to you and such products are returned by you in their original condition, we will initiate the return process after getting the complete details including the picture of the product. All the products are subject to availability.
  • All cities, excluding Bangalore, no return of products shall be accepted.

Can I buy products from more than one Foodmaker in one order?

  • Absolutely! As long as all the products are going to the same shipping address, you can buy from as many different Foodmakers as you want in one order.

Can I send shipments to multiple addresses in one order?

  • Unfortunately, we can't ship to multiple addresses within one order. You'll have to create separate orders for each shipping address.

Can I cancel the order?

  • Unfortunately once the products are shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Is it safe to shop on ithiha.com?

  • Yes, it's absolutely safe.

HOW DO I CHECK WHICH ITEMS WERE NOT AVAILABLE FROM MY ORDER? WILL SOMEONE INFORM ME ABOUT THE ITEMS UNAVAILABLE IN MY ORDER BEFORE DELIVERY?

  • In case of non-availability of the product or vendor is not available to produce the said products, our Customer Care Department will contact you and inform you about the non availability of the said product and suggest alternative product if required, in case of COD.
    In case of credit card payments we can also credit the money back to your credit card for the value of the non availability of the said product.
