Rasam Powder from Masaladabbe.
Cooking Method : Boil 50 grams of Toor Dal in 1/2 litre of water along with 1/2 tsp of turmeric
powder, In a separate vessel, boil tamarind juice with tomato and salt to taste
& 1 tbsp of Masaladabbe Rasam powder for 20 minutes. Add boiled and churned
dal to the mixture, keep on flame for 5 minutes and enjoy rasam.
